Artist Statement:
I have been sewing and loving textiles since the age of nine. I am inspired by fabrics and enjoy
elevating them to their potential, and am rewarded when I see ordinary fabrics work together to make
something extraordinary. I still make quilts using traditional patchwork quilt methods, and have
ventured into representational art quilts using collage, free motion cutting and quilting, and raw edge
applique. I offer private and group sewing guidance and instruction in my studio in the AmFab
building.
